nemáte někdo po ruce původní verzi textu (asi to byla jen první sloka) k echoes? floydi ji hrávali (zpívali) v ranné verzi této skladby, která se tehdy ještě nazývala "return of the son of nothing".

On se ten text pak měnil???

Return of the Son of Nothing znám, ale měl jsem to dosud jen jako jeden z pracovních názvů, než to dostalo svůj název nynější.

ano, je to raná verze echoes, ale včera jsem slyšel záznam z 20.6.1971, kde první sloka byla jiná, zbývající text už byl ten klasický.

Myslim, že nemusíš. Budou tam mít jen tu klasickou verzi. Já sice italsky neumim ani zbla, ale tyhle stránky jsou dobrý (pro mne) hlavně díky tomu obsáhlýmu seznamu textů včetně mluvených částí a pak maj taky ke každýmu albu artwork. K MLReason tedy bohužel jen MiniDisk, ale i tak.

Pink Floyd & Co. jsou taky hodně úžasně obsáhlý stránky, tam by tohle mohlo být spíš (sorry, že mne to napadlo až teď) Maj taky kompletní, ale naprosto kompletní artwork, a to dokonce v beztextové bodobě (tzn. obrázky z bookletů nepřekrytý žádným textem) Bohužel jsou tak autorsky chráněný, že dokonce blokujou i klávesu Print Screen.

The Floyd, in their pre-Animals days, often performed as-yet unrecorded tracks in concert ("Murderistic Woman," "Raving and Drooling", etc.) These would often undergo significant changes before appearing on albums, and Echoes is such a case.

The opening verse of Echoes originally had a "space" theme, and several RoIOs exist with these lyrics. One is called "Mauerspecte" (which, BTW, has been known to be defective many times, so try before you buy). It comes from Berlin on 5 June, 1971. Another recording of the same show is available on "Lost in the Corridors."
